This renovated and modern furnished stone duplex villa is located 5,5 km from the town of Crikvenica in a quiet area, far away from everyday city noise. Situated 300 m above sea level, where sea and mountain air meet, the house is not exposed to summer heat because temperatures are always 2-3 degrees lower than by the seaside. A large terrace with BBQ, a swimming pool and 3 parking spaces are at your disposal. The gateway is shared with the neighbouring house.

Built in 2010, the house is furnished with style and comfort in mind and is well equipped with all you need for a relaxing getaway .

GROUND-FLOOR: Living-dinning room; Kitchen (electric/gas stove, refrigerator, deep freezer 30l, kitchen hood, coffee machine, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher); 1 Bathroom; 1 Bedroom.

UPPER FLOOR: 2 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms. Bedrooms have separate entrance doors, but they can also be used as walk-through rooms. Bedroom Nr. 3 leads to a gallery with two beds. A children’s bed is also available.

OUTDOOR FEATURES: roofed terrace 30m2 with 10 chairs and swimming pool 23m2

After we confirm availability for period you requested, we will forward an invoice for a 30% advance payment; we kindly ask you to pay it within a period of 8 days to guarantee your reservation, otherwise your reservation will be not valid. We kindly ask you to pay the outstanding amount of the invoice 70% at the latest 30 days before arrival. Each time we will issue you with written confirmation of your payment on your e-mail.

For staying less than 4 days prices are 30% higher. Minimum stay during the high season (14/06/2025 - 22/08/2025) is 7 days.

Children under 4 free of charge.

The region of Kvarner is just a few hours driving distance from Vienna, Munich, Milan, Budapest, Ljubljana, Venice… The County seat is the town of Rijeka, the meeting point of important road, railway, maritime and air ways, with an international airport on the island of Krk and another during the tourist season on the Island of Losinj. Distance from Crikvenica is 5,5 km, from Rijeka 35 km, and only 160 km from Croatian capital Zagreb.

The road connection is excellent - the villa is only on the 15 km distance from A6 highway Zagreb-Rijeka (exit Ostrovica), witch enables connection to the motorways across Europe. Zagreb Airport Pleso is on the 160 km distance and Rijeka-Krk Airport is located just 20 km away.

There are also three national parks in the surrounding area (Plitvice Lakes, Risnjak and Northern Velebit) as well as many others natural and cultural heritage sites.

You can spend an active holiday enjoy spending your days at the sea, doing any activity you like. There is offer of all watersports, boat trips, fishing advantures, diving, snorkling or you can enjoy the Vinodol valley and do some climbing and mountaineering, mountain biking, walking, horseback riding, paragliding and kite- flying, sport fishing in the sea or lake and many other activities. The ecologically unpolluted Kvarner area is the basis for a rich variety of food and specific type of diet: The coastal cuisine, owning to its Mediterranean and maritime influences is based on fish, sea-food, cephalopods, on lamb, pasta, Mediterranean vegetables and fruit, herbs, olives and olive oil, sheep cheese and wine, as well as on strong drinks – home made brandies.

Besides the contrast between coastal and highland cuisine, there are differences in food preparation among single microregions. Each island, even each village, prepares food in its own way. The autochthonous white wine «Vrbnička žlahtina» from the island of Krk matches ideally with traditional Kvarner dishes.
